100 Inferno Escape Level 44 Walkthrough

So, the above sequence will be 1-2-3-5-8-13-21

There are 4 rows of 7 blocks each.  If you tap all the blocks you will see what letter the blocks represent.
Find the letters E-S-C-A-P-E then tap them to open the door.

(I do not know if the letters are random each round, this is where I found them)

With R = row and C = column:
E = C1 R1
S = C1 R3
C=C2 R2
A=C1 R4
P = C4 R4
E= C4 R7

If you tap the letters correctly, they will stay lit.  If you make a mistake, reload the level and start over.

100 Inferno Escape Level 46 Walkthrough

Floor 46 is the SOS May Day Help Me floor.
You need to spell the words "Help Me" at the top.

Not so easy!
Here is a possible solution: Last, Last, Last, Last, First, Last Last.

Italy (green, white, red) = Colosseum
India (orange, white, green) = Taj Mahal
Peru (red white red) = Machu Picchu
Mexico (green, white, red with symbol in center) = Pyramid
Jordan (Red left side with black. white, and green) = Petra rock building

It will not tell you if you made a mistake!  Right at the end it will spit out all the stamps if you did not get all of them right.  Good luck!

Level 47 solved!

100 Inferno Escape Level 48 Walkthrough

Floor 48 is the big bookcase floor.
Tap the bookcase about 73 times so that it moves out of the way.

Now you will have the key in your inventory.
Use the key on the lock.
Floor 48 solved.

100 Verses Week 7

100 Verses Week 7

100 Bible Verses in 2013
This week marks the week that we will be memorizing verses 13 and 14.  As I keep adding more and more verses to my memory, I am increasingly finding it difficult to keep the references straight.  This is always a struggle for me (and I think for many) which is why I shared the tip in Week 1 of reciting the reference at both the beginning and the end of the verse each time you recite it. This will give you double the practice of memorizing the reference.

However, this week I tried a new trick to help aid me in really nailing down these references.  I am finding it helpful so I thought I would share it with you.  I write all of my memory verses on index cards and carry them with me in the car.  I like to have my kids quiz me on car rides.  Generally one of the kids will read the reference to me and I will recite the verse.  But this week I asked my daughter, A10, to read just the first 3 words of the verse.  Then I had to come up with both the reference and recite the entire verse from memory.  This was excellent practice for me!

The verses this week are close to my heart and I am praying that we not only memorize these verses this week, but apply them to our lives.  May your homes and families be richly blessed!

This Weeks Verses

Deuteronomy 6:6-7   "These commandments that I give you today are to be upon your hearts.  Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up."

Robert J. Morgan

Robert J. Morgan is the author of 100 Bible Verses Everyone Should Know by Heart which is the text that we are basing our 100 Verses in 2013 Challenge on.  From his website:

"Rob Morgan is the pastor of The Donelson Fellowship in Nashville, Tennessee, where he has served for over 31 years. He is a best-selling and Gold-Medallion winning writer with over 25 books in print and over 3.5 million in print circulation."

     Robert J. Morgan.

 Scripture Stickies
Wow, am I excited that Julie from Scripture Stickies contacted me about her familys online business!  This neat product goes hand-in-hand with our 100 Verses Challenge.

From the website: "(Scripture Stickies are) stickable Bible verses designed to help you memorize, meditate, encourage, and evangelize the Word of God.  They are great way to memorize Bible verses and make them really stick!"

Most Scripture Stickies packs come with 10 stickable Bible verses (2 each of five different verses) and many themes are available.  Themes include Dont Worry, God Will Provide, Hope, and many more.  Kids study packs, Seasonal packs, and Party favor packs are available as well.

Scripture Stickies uses 3Ms adhesive technology so that they will stick to any surface and can easily be removed.  You can post them around the house for meditation and memorization, or post them on gifts, in lunch boxes, or around your community for encouragement and evangelizing.

Julie has lovingly offered one free Scripture Stickies pack of the winners choice in their preferred translation to our Facebook giveaway!  You can purchase your own Scripture Stickies at www.scripturestickies.com .

Finally, lets play a game of catch-up!  Here are Weeks 10 - 13 memory verses.

Week 10 verses:

1 John 5:11-12  " And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. 12 He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life."

Week 11 verses:

John 14: 1-2  "Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God; trust also in me. 2 In my Fathers house are many rooms; if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going there to prepare a place for you."

Week 12 verses:

John 14:3  "And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am."

Week 13 verses:

100 Safes Hints Level 71 to 80

100 Safes Hints Level 71 to 80

100 Safes Hints - Level 71 to 80.

Go here for the hints for other levels.

100 Safes is a point and click room escape game.  If you are stuck, then these hints will give you some help on how to complete the level.  This is not a complete walkthrough, but rather tips to assist you.  If you are really stuck, use the comments section below to request more help!

100 Safes level 71 Hints:

The question in level 71 is a simple VB script that you could execute as an XLS Macro to get the answer.
The algorithm is as follows:
  Make X equals Zero
  Make Y equals Zero
  Make Z equals Zero
 Repeat 10 times:
Make X the value of X plus one
Make Y the value of Y plus the value of X
The password will then be X plus (Y times 2)

100 Safes level 72 Hints:

Rotate the pieces to get a 3-didit number.
Pretty easy?

100 Safes level 73 Hints:

Safe 73 is probably one of the toughest levels in 100 Safes.  There is a picture of a big indian, a little indian tne then 2 binary numbers that you need to add together.  Each binary number consists of 2 bytes (8 bits in a byte). 00000001 00000011  and 00000011 00000001.

The crux is the 2 indians.  Most computer science graduates will know about the big endean and little endean representations of binary numbers.   It has all to do with the byte order.  (Note: the endeans do not impact the bit order inside the byte)

Big Endean:  The most significant byte is left-most.   This is how we normally woud read a binary number.  So the number next to the Big Indian is 259
Little Endean: The byte order is reversed.  Most significant byte is on the right.  So, with this 2 bytes number, you can swap the 2 bytes around and then read as normal.

100 Safes level 74 Hints:

Level 74 will test your geography knowledge of Africa, on the southern side.
The green country is Madagascar with the value 5.
Brown is Zimbabwe.  Light Violet is Botswana.  Red is Namibia.
Notice the order at the bottom from left to right.
The password for the safe will be the numbers for each country as per the list provided.

100 Safes level 75 Hints:

You need to hit the target in level 75.  You need to hit by flipping 8 or less switches.  If you run out of turns, you need to reset the level and try again.  The target is the green circle.  You hit it with the red circle that starts in the top left corner.

The switches top right control the X-axis and the switches at the bottom left control the Y-axis.
The switches are binary based, so the left-most switch will take the red-circle to half way and the right-most switch will move only a small bit.

100 Safes level 76 Hints:

Special days in March, May, and December.
The password for level 76 will be the day of the month for Pi-Day, Star-Wars-Day, and Christmas-Day.
Pi-day is celebrated on 14th of March because pi is rounded off to 3.14 (3 = March and 14 = the day)
Star Wars Day is celebrated on the 4th of May.  (May the force be with you = May the forth be with you).  Use 4 and not 04 for this one.
If you never celebrated Christmas, then use Google to find the day in December.

100 Safes level 77 Hints:

Change the patterns so that the sides of each hexagon touches the same color of its neighbour.

100 Safes level 78 Hints:

Level 78 contains an encrypted message.  The message reads "aol whzzdvyk mvy aopz slcls pz upulafupul tpubz vul."
This message should be easy to crack.
It is a simple algorithm where each alphabet letter is moved on the same number of letters.

100 Safes level 79 Hints:

The answer to this level
is this level.

This level is level 79.

100 Safes level 80 Hints:

There once was a lady named
Heather.  She lived happily
in a castle far, far away.
Right in the middle of
the castle was  a chicken
egg.  This was a very special
egg. Read carefully or else
no password will be revealed.

--> There is a number hidden in the paragraph.

Well done on solving the first 80 levels of 100 Safes!

100 day project

100 day project

Mackenzie just celebrated her 100th day of kindergarten.
And to celebrate, everyone in her class had to make a project using one hundred things.
One of the kids in her class glued 100 sea shells to a poster board that was painted to look like a beach.
Someone else stuck 100 monkey stickers onto a tree.
But Mackenzie had bigger plans.
She wanted to make a stuffed animal butterfly.
With 100 different fabrics.

So thats what we made.
Go big or go home people.
It only took us 6 nap times to make but it turned out super cute and Mackenzie helped me every step of the way.

The front of the butterfly had 100 different fabrics cut into various shapes.
Then we sewed the 100 pieces on and quilted the wings together with batting in the middle.

I accidentally sewed the fabric for the back of the butterfly on the wrong way. Opps!
So we decided to work with it and added the pattern on to the back.
And I let Mackenzie draw some designs on with a fabric marker.

The middle section is stuffed with stuffing and the face is drawn on by Mackenzie.
We also used ribbon to make antennas for the butterfly.

a close up of one of the wings

ta da!
The finished product!

Our labor of love.
Mackenzie told me that she was going to keep it forever or at least until she was really old.

I love being able to craft and sew with my big kindergartener.
