Jodhaa Akbar is an Indian historical romantic drama film co written, produced and directed by Ashutosh Gowariker. It stars Hrithik Roshan, Aishwarya Rai and Sonu Sood in the lead roles. The shooting for the film started at Karjat and released on 15 February 2008.[3][4]
The film centres on the romance between the Mughal Emperor Akbar, played by Hrithik Roshan, and the Princess Mariam-uz-Zamani who becomes his wife, played by Aishwarya Rai. Acclaimed composer A. R. Rahman composed the musical score. The soundtrack of the movie was released on 19 January 2008.[5]
The film won the Audience Award for Best Foreign Language Film at the São Paulo International Film Festival,[6] two awards at the Golden Minbar International Film Festival,[7] seven Star Screen Awards and five Filmfare Awards, in addition to two nominations at the 3rd Asian Film Awards

Storyline
Arjun (Shiv Pandit) come to Mumbai to visit his fiancee Maya. He reaches the City court to meet her and is taken aback when he is not able to find her anywhere. He begins to search for Maya and in an unexpected turn witnesses an unlikely murder. Frantic and exasperated, he is left with no choice but take passerbys as hostages before he is framed as the killer. The cops try to tackle the situation and within no time realize that Arjun is no ordinary hostage-taker and it seems next to impossible to apprehend him. Now, with nothing to lose, Arjun lays down his terms: "I have 7 hostages! And I am giving the Police 7 hours to find out the killer...! I need progress every 60 minutes or one hostage dies every hour!!" The clock ticks and the investigation begins.
Movie Review
The movie is awful its not even worth watching for free. In the middle of the movie I got so bored that even though it was raining heavily I took a cab and came home. Its not even worth downloading. You want to see the movie just watch the trailer and sit at home.It is equivalent to watching the movie. Dont waste your time. Its so predictable you will hear the audience murmuring and Bingo! that is the surely guess the suspense. They call it thriller. There should be a new category for this movie called boring. The duration of the movie is two hours but in the middle of the movie you will feel like its been 7 hours and there are more 7 hours to go. Once again, Dont waste your time, money and energy watching it.
